Our Story
What sets us apart is the desire for continued growth within the Christian community. We want to see others increase in faith, understanding, relationship, purpose, and giftings, They should have the strength to stand against the things in the broken world. Our passion is to raise up believers so that they will grow in Him and in turn, they can become leaders that help others do the same.
We have a passion for seeing others set free, just as we have been. Together we have countless testimonies of physical and mental healing and deliverance from fear, anxiety, depression, addiction, lust, pride, rejection, shame, and more.
Our Founder
Kelly Timmer, the founder of REAL Discipleship, has a passion for teaching others about the Truth of Christ so they too may be set free from the lies of the enemy.
As a teacher, certified discipleship coach, and licensed pastoral care counselor, I use my education, experiences, giftings, and understanding to fulfill this calling on my life.
Kelly Timmer
Kelly has a Masters in Human Services Counseling with an emphasis in Christian Ministries from Liberty University.
Prior to securing her MA, Kelly earned a BS in Business Management and an AS in Psychology from Kaplan University.
As the co-founder of Righteously Real, Inc a non-profit organization and REAL Discipleship Academy, she has been graced with the gift to wear many hats and juggle them well. Kelly is an Ordained Minister, Christian Counselor, Discipleship Coach, and Teacher. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate in Christian Counseling program to become a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with advanced certification with the National Christian Counseling Association.
Kelly’s passion is in ministering healing and deliverance both one-on-one with individuals, families, and children and in an online classroom setting. She revels in teaching seminars and holding retreats in person.
While she enjoys to these roles within the ministry, the one she treasures most is the one God entrusted her to as a wife of 10 years to Reggie and their 3 beautiful children, ages 10, 5, and 2.
